1. HOLISTIC HEALTH ASSESSMENT
A deep dive into your unique physiology and underlying issues that may be hindering your health and fitness goals (medical and orthopedic history; past/present injuries; movement competency and joint assessment; nutrition analysis; lifestyle - stress, sleep, schedule, emotional health/support; and recovery strategies). We utilize your unique biochemistry (blood & DNA testing) to make sure we don’t miss anything critical to your unique needs.
2. G.F.S. NUTRITION FORMULA (Gradual, Flexible, Sustainable)
Discover what, how, and when to eat for YOUR body and lifestyle, learning how to develop lasting nutritional habits while still enjoying the foods and cocktails you love. I take a gradual approach and create a plan that meets you where you are on your nutrition journey, making incremental adjustments to match your goals and lifestyle needs. The focus is on a simple, flexible, and intuitive plan without spending extra time out of your busy day to meet your goals. Most importantly, it is sustainable and I’ll be monitoring and tracking your body’s responses in terms of energy, mood, inflammation, aches, and weight to help you develop a long-term plan.
3. SYMMETRY RESTORATION MOVEMENT PROTOCOL
We accelerate your results by reverse-engineering your movement. I create a fully customized movement protocol based on what I call “Symmetry Restoration”. Hidden asymmetries and restrictions are typically the root cause of stiffness, aches, lack of mobility, lack of strength, and movement limitations. Through programming, we will unlock your balance, flexibility, range of motion, and overall freedom to express yourself physically in all of your favorite activities. I continuously monitor form and progress every step of the way so we find the right balance and you are efficient with your time and energy for your workouts.
4. LIFESTYLE, RECOVERY, AND ACCOUNTABILITY
True health and longevity only comes when you apply proper recovery techniques through sleep, hydration, proper blood flow, cellular function, quality nutrition, and appropriate training load for your unique physiology. When it comes to accountability, I add a deeper layer through our consistent check-ins and communication where I monitor and adjust based on your weekly progress and overall health markers. Additionally, we will do a 90-day milestone assessment so we’re always on track for your long-term vision for your health goals.
My ultimate goal here is to empower you to become self-sufficient with your body where you’ll always make the right choices regardless of what challenges a busy life throws your way.
